SeatBoost is looking for enthusiastic, sales and customer service oriented Brand Representatives for our MIA Airport team!
SeatBoost is an exciting mobile app that lets ticketed passengers bid against other fliers to win premium seat upgrades. You will be responsible for creating a world-class customer experience at the airport. This includes promoting SeatBoost and its benefits to travelers in the airport, encouraging downloads, driving participation in our auctions, helping answer questions, troubleshooting issues, providing solutions and providing outstanding customer service.

This job is based out of MIA Airport (non-remote), is part time, pays a competitive hourly rate and is long-term for the right fit. Position starts 2024/2025.
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual English / Spanish (other languages are a plus!)
- Must be able to pass airport background check
- Must work well individually and in a team environment
- Patient and an excellent problem-solver to effectively address customer concerns
- Outgoing and friendly with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management & punctual
- Comfortable with technology
- Exceptional at sales and approaching passengers
- Great at public speaking
