Job Description:
The Vault Operations Clerk will be responsible for performing inventory and counting of securities and financial documents within a highly secure Vault Count Room. The individual will be required to handle sensitive financial instruments with precision and accuracy, ensuring that all documentation is properly logged and accounted for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately count and inventory various securities and financial documents.
- Ensure all documentation is handled according to secure procedures in a confined 20x8 Vault Count Room.
- Maintain meticulous records of all securities handled during the inventory process.
- Verify and cross-reference information to ensure consistency and accuracy of the inventory.
- Follow strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive financial data.
- Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during the count to the appropriate supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling securities.
Key Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately count and log financial documents without error.
