Job Summary
PTR Global is seeking a seasoned Client Partner with a strong background in information technology and experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing. In this role, you will manage and expand client relationships within an enterprise account, emphasizing headcount retention and strategic partnership. Your focus will be on building trust with hiring managers and supporting the client's workforce objectives through technology-focused insights and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers within the client’s organization, fostering and strengthening relationships to support ongoing workforce goals.
- Leverage your IT industry knowledge to understand the client’s unique technology needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Ensure continuity in headcount by maintaining close communication with hiring managers and aligning service delivery to client expectations.
- Provide insights into workforce trends, deliver data-driven recommendations, and actively contribute to headcount retention and program optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless client support, compliance, and adherence to service standards.
- Conduct regular relationship reviews, proactively addressing potential issues and identifying opportunities for value-add services within the client organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years in client-facing roles within IT consulting, IT services, or IT staffing. Previous account management or client partner experience within an enterprise setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT industry dynamics, with experience interfacing with technology stakeholders and supporting tech-focused workforce needs.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders from managers to senior executives.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts relevant to the client’s technology environment and leverage this knowledge in solution discussions.
- Proven experience in data analysis, tracking metrics, and providing insights to enhance client programs.
- Ability to work closely with delivery and support teams, facilitating client satisfaction and success.
