Amotec is actively seeking a Maintenance Manager for our client, an industry leading industrial manufacturer, located in Yolo County, CA. In this role, the Maintenance Manager oversees all electrical, mechanical, and all preventative maintenance, while ensuring all operations are following company and manufacturing standards. This role offers a competitive base salary, yearly bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered for this position.
Maintenance Manager:
- Manage all downtime and uptime requirements
- Maintenance Resource Planning
- Hire and train all new maintenance employees for each respective shift
- Preventative and Predictive Maintenance system improvement
- Works as part of plant Safety Team to maintain a safe work environment and prevent injuries
- Manages plant Capital Expenditure budget and oversees project management activities
Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory or management experience with demonstrated effective leadership and team development skills
- 5+ years’ maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Previous PLC programming experience is required for this role
