LEAD/GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead/General Superintendent to oversee and manage the completion of a Casino Expansion in Rohnert Park, CA (Sonoma County). The ideal candidate will have a strong management and supervsion background in all aspects of commerical construction projects with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. The Lead/General Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that the project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
· Job Type: Full-Time.

COMPENSATION
· Salary commensurate with experience.
· Project Completion Bonus TBD based on project performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
· Must have 20 years minimum experience in casino/hospitality construction and a minimum of 15 years of experience as a Project Superintendent.
· Must be highly organized and capable of managing large volumes of priorities in an intense environment.
· Must be a positive team player for a large team of construction management professionals and experienced subcontractors.
· Proven ability to manage complex construction projects, including multiple subcontractors and suppliers.
· Effective communicator using all modern methods such as email, text, etc. and computer capable with field use of typical construction documentation software to verify and use plans and specifications.
· Verifiable references required.
DUTIES
· Provide leadership and overall operations/site management and supervision for a large construction project, including planning, logistics, scheduling, running subcontractor meetings, attending coordination meetings, and attending owner-architect-contractor meetings.
· Oversee quality assurance / quality control to ensure that all work meets applicable standards.
· Oversee and coordinate the management of all construction personnel, including subcontractors and suppliers.
· Utilize construction management software to track project progress and identify potential issues.
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet design specifications
· Read and interpret project plans and specifications to ensure that construction work aligns with design plans.
