Vaco is hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Repslocated in Boca Raton; FL. This is a direct hire position and includes health benefits.
Position Summary:
Case Managers will work directly with clients; third parties; providers; and insurance companies. They should be comfortable with computers; general office tasks; and excel at both verbal and written communication. They are responsible for handling fact-finding projects and gathering and organizing documents and information. Duties:- Perform data entry duties
- Gather information and documents from clients and other sources
- Handle incoming calls and other communication interaction with clients and third parties
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients
- Maintain and organize electronic case files
- Perform additional duties as required by the Case Manager Supervisor
Requirements & Skills:- Full-time; 8:00am to 5:00pm; M-F
- Customer service or previous call center experience is preferred
- Strong and clear phone presence
- Experience using computers and performing data-entry functions
- Legal experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team-oriented
