Description
Client*** offers a forward thinking home delivery medical model serving complex patient populations. Our integrated, physician-driven care model serves individuals who frequently present with multiple chronic conditions, associated cognitive issues and psychosocial complications. Client*** is working with a Salesforce Integration partner for their Healthcloud implementation which is scheduled to go live in late August when the partner will transition off of the project. The Healthcloud platform will provide Harmony Cares a comprehensive Care Management and Patient Engagement platform for getting FSL into environment. This Salesforce Developer must have experience in Salesforce Service Cloud within healthcare environment to include Healthcloud. Post implementation, the engineer will focus on;
60% platform enhancements
20% production fixes
20% backend system process improvement\'s
Experience required:
5+ years of direct, hands-on application and software development experience in Servicecloud
-Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications
-Test and monitor the stability and functionality of the application
-Troubleshoot and fix bugs
-Write documents and provide technical training for Salesforce staff
-Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce
