As a Business Development Representative for our real estate client located in Richmond, VA. You will play a pivotal role serving as a strategic resource to realtors helping them improve digital marketing and advertising initiatives. Through captivating presentations, you'll guide clients to subscribe to our client’s innovative platform that elevate their marketing objectives. Base Salary + Commission provided.
This role requires relocation to Richmond, VA and it is 5-days per week onsite. Relocation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Cultivate impactful relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue via a subscription model.
- Business Expansion: Utilize outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and successfully close deals.
- Virtual Presentations: Showcase the value of our client’s offering through engaging virtual presentations.

Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least six months of experience in B2B sales, ideally in digital marketing or residential real estate.
- Proven success in a corporate sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture customer relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic, high-growth environment.
