Role Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in the Tulsa metropolitan area. If you’re motivated by meeting people, creating solutions, and contributing to company profitability, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while generating new business with builders, contractors, remodelers, and architects.
- Promote Eden Windows & Doors at industry events and meetings.
- Host lunch-and-learns with architects, in collaboration with manufacturing partners.
- Monitor sales trends and optimize strategies based on performance.
- Enhance product knowledge and sales skills to maintain a professional image.
- Ensure seamless customer service from order to delivery.

Requirements:
- Strong sales presence with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build relationships and solve problems in real-time.
- Knowledge of products and vendors in the construction industry or the ability to quickly learn.
- 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the Tulsa metro area.
