MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a passionate and communicative Project Manager Consultant to join our team and support our engagements in the Greater Seattle Area. This position will operate in a remote fashion but you must be local to the Greater Seattle Area for occasional meetings with the team/stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
As a Project Manager at MP, you will be responsible for driving the successful projects within our clients' organizations. Some of your key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Development, design, and implementation of manufacturing project management frameworks tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
- Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Leadership in complex client engagements, including client relationship management.
- Assistance to engagement lead/director in expanding our presence within a client or multiple clients, providing significant opportunities for personal development.
- Identification of opportunities and contribution to proposal development.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Let's Talk About You:
- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
- You have 3-7 years of experience in Project Management
- You have end to end experience delivering IT infrastructure projects within a large organization (PMO experience preferred)
- You have experience working within the Technology, Engineering, or Energy space
- You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- You are proficient with Project Management tools such as; Confluence, Jira, MS Project, PowerBI, etc.
- You have a deep understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications are a plus
Compensation:
MIGSO-PCUBED believes in fair and equitable compensation. The reasonable estimate of the current total compensatory salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 DOE annually for Seattle. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in an annual performance-based incentive program. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
