Global $20 Billion Fort Worth Alternative Asset Manager Seeks a Fund Accounting Manager
*Reporting to the VP Finance
*Oversee Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting for One of the New Fund Launches
*Managing the Monthly & Quarterly Financial Statement Closing Process
*Review of Funds’ K-1s
*Managing Investor Capital Calls and Distributions
*Management Fee and Incentive Fee Calculations
*Cash Management
*Manage the Fund Audit Process and Liaison with Outside Auditors
*Assist with Investor Reporting, and Fund Performance/Analysis Deliverables
*Managing Relationship with Fund Administrator and Other Third-Party Service Providers
*Managing & Training Staff and Building out Fund Accounting Function & Team
*Valuations
*Special Projects for the CFO
Qualifications:
*Minimum of 6-10 years Accounting/Fund Accounting Experience in a Combination of Public Accounting (either audit or tax), Fund Admin, or another Private Equity or Investment Management Firm
*Strong Background in Fund Accounting
*Experience with Credit and Structured Products Investments (Bank Debt, HY Bonds, CLOs) a Big Plus
*CPA/MBA a plus
*Excellent Excel and Analytical/Modeling Skills
Salary: 150k-165k plus a Strong Bonus (~200k-225k all in) and Excellent Benefits/Overall Compensation Package. Tremendous Opportunity for Growth at this $20 Billion Growing Fort Worth Alternative Asset Manager. Hybrid Work Schedule- 3/2.
