Job Summary:
Rently’s Single Family sales division is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle and generating new business with some of the United States' largest real estate operators and key accounts. You will also leverage your experience to drive growth for Rently's intercom and controlled access solutions within single family/multifamily communities, contributing to the expansion of our business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and articulate Rently’s value proposition for single family/multifamily real estate operators
- Leverage product knowledge and historical market trends to acquire and grow key accounts
- Identify and pursue new business leads within the single Family/multifamily/SaaS industry
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals using structured sales methodologies
- Manage a portfolio of 15-25 accounts with excellent communication and sales tools such as Salesforce and Constant Contact
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
- Travel as needed to engage with key accounts, stakeholders and attend industry events.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Extensive experience in single family/multifamily SaaS sales
- Proven ability to plan and execute tailored discovery meetings and product demonstrations
- Skilled in creating and negotiating contracts, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Proficient in various sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or Customer-Centric approaches
- Data-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient with Salesforce, Constant Contact, and other leading sales software
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach
- Maintain a 5 day office presence at our Los Angeles office.
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, particularly within the Single Family or MultiFamily real estate sector. (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree. (REQUIRED)
- Experience mentoring and training Account Executives and SDRs, preferred not required
For applicants located in California, the salary range for this full-time role is expected to be $80,000-90,000 annually. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Rently reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications, and that the expected salary range may be different for candidates located outside of California.
