JOB Title: ServiceNow Lead/Architect (Telecommunications Sales & Order Management)

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SOMT (Sales and Order Management for Telecommunications) Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Catalogs Modelling, Workflow development, Jeopardy Management, and OLA/SLA configuration within the telecommunications industry. This role is critical in designing, developing, and optimizing the sales and order management process, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow SOMT solutions for sales and order management within the telecommunications sector.
• Implement and manage Catalogs Modelling and Workflows to streamline processes for telecommunications services.
• Lead the development of Jeopardy Management modules to proactively identify, track, and resolve order fulfilment risks.
• Configure and maintain Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design API or other integrated solutions and support business processes related to order management from tertiary systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow upgrades, new features, and industry best practices to continuously improve system functionality.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, specifically in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong experience with Catalogs Modelling, Workflow development, Jeopardy Management, and OLA/SLA configuration.
• Deep understanding of the telecommunications sales and order management processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and teams.
• Strong experience writing and debugging JavaScript for Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts
• Strong experience managing and maintaining Update Sets with best practices to properly migrate changes through the development lifecycle
• Strong experience and knowledge of the CSDM concepts that support SOMT Catalogs design.
Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow certification(s) in ServiceNow Application Developer or relevant specializations.
• Experience with the Field Services Management module.
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
