Preference: Prefer local candidates to Irvine, however, open to other states and Mexico. Mexico resources who possess any traveling visa are qualified.
Job Description:
- 7-10 years in product management and product marketing with some project management and/or change management
- Ability to translate and apply product marketing and go-to-market know how to internal business transformation and change activation objectives
- Background in marketing and communications, design or training and development helpful
- Tech savvy, experience with large scale digital transformation efforts
- Experience with corporate finance/accounting and/or SAP implementations helpful

- Ability to identify and document moments that matter as part of a customer change journey
- Strong background in workshop design and facilitation to elicit user stories and customer journeys
- Communications and Storytelling.
- Differentiated skills in creating a change narrative: Developing a compelling story around the transformation to inspire and motivate employees.
- Ability to articulate change benefits and value
- Excellent interpersonal and communication style, with proven active listening and critical thinking ability
- Campaign Development and Management.
- Good project management skills and ability to leverage go-to-market know how to craft and execute high impact engagement campaigns to drive transformation objectives.
- Monitoring and Measuring Progress: Data driven mindset. Continuously tracking the progress of the transformation and making necessary adjustments based on feedback and other data.
