Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and managing mechanical construction projects.
- Coordinate with on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Monitor daily project progress and resolve any on-site issues in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards at all project sites.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical construction or a related field.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Southwest United States.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
