Job Title: Change Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX – hybrid
Contract Duration: 1-2 years – contract to hire
Pay Rate: up to $70/hr.

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Change Management Analyst to join their newly established Transformation Office, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation of a new ERP system. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and successful transition for their employees. You will leverage your change management expertise and understanding of ERP systems to develop and implement a comprehensive change management framework for the Transformation Office.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to assess the impact of the ERP system upgrade on various departments and user groups.
- Develop and implement a robust change management plan aligned with industry best practices and Prosci Methodology (or similar).
- Identify and analyze potential risks and resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies and communication plans to address them.
- Design and deliver engaging communication materials and training programs to keep employees informed and prepared for the new system.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to foster collaboration and address employee concerns throughout the change process.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure a seamless integration of change management activities within the overall project plan.
- Utilize change management tools and technologies to support the implementation process.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management project implementation.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful change management plans.
- Strong understanding of the change management process, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
- Experience using change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with ERP systems or supporting ERP change management projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Prosci Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
