The role…
The CSA will support the Head of Creative Services in building a cohesive brand and managing project workflows from start to finish. Responsibilities include tracking project requests, organizing tasks, creating content, and evaluating deliverables. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and understands business and marketing objectives.
How you’ll make an impact…
- Maintain compliance with company brand standards and corporate identity.
- Design a wide range of digital and/or printed graphic promotional materials adhering to brand standards.
- Prepare content for internal use such as marketing guidelines, glossaries and templates to be used for multiple purposes including presentations and business cards.
- Support the Project Intake Process, implementing schedules, and facilitating content review and approval processes using Microsoft Teams and Planner, as well as other tools.
- Assist with communication and project scheduling with stakeholders and external vendors.
- Manage revisions on existing collateral and provide brand and quality control to external designers.
- Administer and coordinate logos, graphics, photographic images, and content to use in various creative projects. Oversee company library on SharePoint and maintain digital records.
- Research and recommend innovative ways to strengthen the company brand. Identify and implement projects within established timeframes.
What do you bring…
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or communications-related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B work experience, including prior experience in a creative role.
- Proficiency with the following software programs and systems: Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Professional; Microsoft Office — Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams Collaboration, Excel; Motion graphics and video editing are a plus.
- Proven experience in creative development and managing both print and digital projects with strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating requirements, updating project status, and collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Experience in a global organization, demonstrating a positive attitude, team collaboration, and a willingness to learn new skills.
