We're looking for a Senior Manager, International Tax to lead tax strategy and compliance for a dynamic, global organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes. They provide medical devices, software, and services used globally to treat life-threatening conditions.
As the Senior Manager, Global Tax, you'll take ownership of global income tax provision and manage reporting and compliance for federal, state, and international tax matters. This role involves tax research, international tax planning, and overseeing tax credits and incentive programs, along with driving M&A efforts and other special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the compliance process for US and Canadian corporate tax filings, including federal and state calculations.
- Manage international tax compliance, covering GILTI, FDII, FTC, BEAT, and others.
- Handle IRS and international audits.
- Advise on tax implications for global transactions, ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
- Prepare the global tax provision following ASC 740.
- Support transfer pricing calculations and ensure proper documentation.
- Lead tax credits and incentives programs, including R&D credits.
- Drive special projects, including M&A tax planning, forecasting, and identifying process efficiencies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CPA or MST preferred)
- International tax experience working within a large multinational company or consulting firm
- Solid understanding of ASC 740, U.S. federal taxation, and international tax regulations (GILTI, FDII, BEAT, etc.)
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and OneSource RS software is a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
