Brixton Group is partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS company to hire an experienced VP, Software Engineering.
Our client is seeking a proven Engineering leader to provide strategic leadership and direction to the engineering organization, ensuring the successful development, delivery, and quality of products.

- Compensation: $240,000 – 260,000 + options and excellent benefits.

What You’ll Need:
- Proven track record of engineering leadership roles, with experience managing large, complex engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of engineering principles, methodologies (SCRUM, SAFE), and best practices.

- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
