Position Summary
The Data Reporting and Quality Assurance Specialist position is responsible for verifying and submitting data files to the appropriate data collection organization and completing quality assurance testing of our production systems.
Data reporting and testing duties will include, but are not limited to:
- WCPOLS Data files: Validation and submission of daily policy data files.
- WCSTAT Data files: Validation and submission of monthly unit statistical data files.
- Manage and resolve data errors.
- Conduct quality assurance testing including documenting and communicating results.
- Support production staff and respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Document new processes and/or procedures.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Assist BA personnel with other job tasks as needed.
Experience/Required Skills:
- Experience in a data reporting field and/or insurance industry preferred.
- High School diploma required; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
- Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
