Responsibilities:
- Engage with a steady stream of warm leads provided by our marketing operation, meeting with potential clients and turning their goals into actionable, personalized financial plans.
- Develop and Present Financial Plans: Use your expertise to create holistic plans that incorporate investments, retirement strategies, and insurance solutions.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Guide clients through every step of the planning process, building trust, educating them, and ultimately securing their confidence in you as their advisor.
- Stay on Top of Market Trends: Keep yourself updated on investment products, tax laws, and retirement planning strategies so you can offer top-tier advice to every client.
Qualifications:
- Licensing: Active Life and Health Insurance License & Series 65 or 66 License.
- Experience: A solid foundation in financial planning and some client-facing experience; knowledge of the retirement and investment planning world is a strong advantage.
- Sales & Closing Skills: Exceptional communication skills, the ability to present plans persuasively, and a passion for guiding people to make the best decisions for their future.
- Drive & Motivation: We’re looking for someone who’s self-motivated, money-driven, and enthusiastic about growing with us long-term.
