- Florida Bar License: Must be licensed to practice law in Florida, in good standing.
- Case Management: Efficiently manage a large and active caseload, guiding cases from filing to verdict.

- Client-Focused Practice: Commitment to maintaining a client-first approach.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills for managing diverse relationships, including with investigators, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and clients.

- Litigation Skills: Active engagement in motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
- Experience in Plaintiff’s or Defense First Party Property Litigation in Florida.
- Strong case management abilities from inception to verdict.

- Ability to prepare for and engage in trial work.
Job Duties:
- Represent plaintiffs in high-value cases, from initiation to trial.
- Prepare clients and witnesses for various legal proceedings.
- Engage in complex legal research, writing, and settlement negotiations.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on collaboration and goal achievement.
