Job Title: Personal Executive Assistant
Location: Longboat Key, FL – In-Home Environment with Dedicated Workspace
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30-40 hours per week
Core Hours: 11 am - 6 pm

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Executive Assistant to work directly with a former CEO of a Fortune 500 company in a private residence. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to handle a variety of high-level personal and administrative tasks in a supportive and high-trust environment. The role requires a professional who can manage confidential information with utmost discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Personal and Financial Management
- Manage bill payments, monitor expenses, and maintain financial records.
- Serve as a liaison with property managers, estate planners, and insurance professionals.
Meeting Support
- Attend meetings as requested, take detailed notes, and transcribe key information.
- Organize and review confidential agreements and documents.
Calendar and Appointment Management
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other engagements.
- Manage calendar to ensure seamless time management and prioritization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in an environment requiring confidentiality.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Technical: Proficiency in calendar management tools and transcription software.
- Professionalism: High level of discretion, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
