Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with both new and existing clients and vendors, helping them secure the financing they need for their equipment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue new business opportunities by calling potential clients and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, understanding their needs and offering tailored financing solutions.
- Navigate through complex financial agreements and explain the nuances of equipment financing and leasing options to clients.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the equipment financing industry.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth financing process for clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in equipment financing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
