The Position Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in the state of Texas 2+ years of defense litigation experience
Experience handling general liability, premises & product liability, transportation, property rights, employment litigation and insurance defense
Experience handling court appearances and depositions. Trial experience a plus Legal project management experience is helpful.

Salary range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience
