Your Mission:
- Shape cutting-edge memory system architectures in collaboration with system architects.
- Lead memory system design to optimize power, performance, and scalability.performance,
- Leverage expertise in DDR3–DDR5, LPDDR3–LPDDR5, and emerging memory technologies.
- Drive automotive-grade memory solutions, ensuring compliance with ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE standards.
- Partner with teams to verify RTL designs, refine functionality, and resolve system issues.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in architecture, RTL design, and performance analysis.
- Proven skills in cache optimization and automotive memory interfaces (DDR, LPDDR).
- Deep knowledge of ARM architecture, AMBA AXI/CHI protocols, and safety/security principles.
- A master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
