Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect – Licensed Architect at DNC Architects, Inc. The role involves tasks such as site/building analysis, design development, construction documents, construction contract administration and report generation on commercial projects, with some Management and Marketing skills.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience on commercial projects
- Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
- Experience with Submittals and Project Management
- Proficiency in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Licensed Architect with a degree in Architecture
