Position Overview: We are hiring an energetic Territory Sales Representative to join our outside sales team to generate and close new business. Once the project is sold, our account executives take over the day-to-day fulfillment of the project while you focus on growing the relationship and creating referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business within the large construction industry such as: apartment complexes, high-rise & mid-rise buildings, hospitals, schools, etc.
- Learn the differentiators that set Radley apart from our competition
- Generate leads and close new business through various sales strategies and relationships
- Leverage leads, referrals, and networking partners to acquire new customers
- Maintain and build new revenue streams within the current client base
- Effectively communicate the advantages and value our company brings to the industry
- Set up introductory meetings to introduce our account executives and proven processes to the client
- Attend industry workshops, social gatherings, and networking events
- Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Be a Rockstar
Qualifications:
- Outside sales or customer facing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform independently
- Driven and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Must have a valid driver’s license
