The veterinary team here at Novaris Search have recently partnered with a rapidly growing organisation who are looking to add a Regional Director of Operations to cover 2 large ER & Specialty facilities in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
The ROD will be responsible for leading the operations of the 2 facilities, ensuring they are running as efficiently as possible, whilst implementing any necessary changes to improve performance.
Requirements
- Multi-site Specialty/ER experience is required
- Living/willing to relocate to MA/RI is required
- Proven experience developing and mentoring talent is required
- Experience managing a P&L above $30M is preferred
- Ability to positive change company culture is required
As stated, candidates will only be considered for this position if they have ER/SPECIALTY experience and if they live/willing to relocate to MA or RI.
The position offers a lucrative compensation package, along with a strong relocation package and sign-on bonus.
