Title: Outside Sales Representative - Fuel, Oilfield, & Drilling
Area To Be Covered: Midland-Odessa Area (must be based on territory)
Package: $70,000 - $85,000 base salary + Commission (based off monthly sales quota - OTE $105,000-$110,000 Year 1) + $750 per month auto allowance.
Responsibilities
- Driving sales for a Wholesale Fuel & Lubricant distributor based in Texas specializing in service for heavy equipment, generators, and fleet vehicles to a line of Oilfield, Drilling and Fracking site customers.
- Willingness to build a new territory with strong hunter style and business development mentality.
- Develop and coordinate sales strategies for projects, communicating needs to operations and management.
- Visit customer sites to monitor progress and requirements.
- Pursue new clients and follow up on sales leads.
- Stay informed on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Experience:
- Must have sold fuel, oilfield, drilling, fracking / associated products, or sold to Oilfield, Drilling and Fracking site customers.
- Willing to travel domestically as needed.
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Valid US driver’s license and safe driving record.
