A financial services company in the insurance industry is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an Investor Relations Manager in their New Jersey office.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining open lines of communication.
- Develop and distribute investor communications, including tax distributions, tax elections, Schedule K-1 packages, and other relevant materials.
- Organize investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, fostering trust and confidence in the company's performance and strategic direction.
- Prepare and analyze financial and operational data to support investor reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare and review partnership tax allocations for purposes of tax distributions and tracking partnership/partnership capital accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and HR, to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of investor communication and reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with investors, executives, and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
- Masters in Tax or CPA designation.
