As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s daily operations and managing the business aspects of the company. Overseeing a small group of employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.

- Oversee day to day operations ensuring all departments function smoothly and efficiently.
- Work with the in-house recruiting team to recruit, onboard, train and deliver performance evaluations to direct employees.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
