Position Overview
The Mitigation Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of mitigation and restoration projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. This role requires a proactive approach to manage teams, coordinate resources, and provide exceptional service to clients while effectively addressing water damage and mold remediation issues.
We are a trusted resource for restoration construction throughout the coast southeast region are rapidly growing with over 20 service locations. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is interested in building long lasting community relationships and being an integral part of the success of our newest branch in St. Augustine / Jacksonville.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mitigation projects from assessment to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, third party insurance adjusters and team members to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Develop and implement mitigation plans to address water damage and mold issues effectively.
- Conduct site assessments and inspections to determine the scope of work required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices during all phases of the project.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on mitigation and restoration techniques.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
- Participate in 24- hour on call rotations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in mitigation and restoration, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of mold remediation and water damage restoration techniques.
- Experience in remediation construction practices.
- Knowledge of insurance restoration process.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Xactimate and/or Symbility experience
- Relevant certifications in mitigation and restoration (e.g., IICRC certification) preferred.
