Summary of Position:
Rosehaven Homes is a San Antonio based builder focused on beautiful, classically designed homes built with the most modern, sustainable building practices. We’re looking for an ambitious New Homes Sales Consultant with a history of success and a strong sense of putting the team first. The successful candidate will drive sales through direct prospecting, client referrals, and professional networks and have a natural affinity toward Rosehaven’s Sales Principles: Integrity, Product Knowledge, Top-Tier Service, and a No-Drama Work Environment. A candidate with a strong social media presence is highly preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full time and energy commitment (40+ hours, including weekends).
- Prospect daily via client referrals, professional networks, walk-ins, community and business events.
- Connect with realtors to demonstrate our products and generate leads.
- Communicate with all prospects utilizing our CRM to manage all contact interactions and follow-ups.
- Perform timely follow-ups as appropriate for hot, warm, and cold prospects.
- Manage your sales pipeline and weekly reports utilizing our CRM.
- Meet monthly sales quota on a consistent basis.
- Meet other prospecting, marketing, and other goals as set by management.
- Process purchase agreements and all supporting documentation from contract to closing.
- Ensure website and sales material are up to date.
- Constantly monitor the competition to understand their pricing, features, incentives, etc. and share this with management.

Optimal Candidates Will Have:
- 3+ years of experience for a production home builder in a commission-based role.
- A strong social media presence.
- A history of sales success.
- A positive, enthusiastic and persuasive personality.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and skills.
- A demonstrated ability to be highly responsive to customers and management via email, text, and phone.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to be effective in a team and as an individual producer.
- High school diploma or GED required. College preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and valid auto insurance coverage.
- Must have excellent MS Office, email, and CRM skillset.
