Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative with aviation MRO experience to lead sales for specialized repair services, focusing on CFM56 and CF6 engines.
You will drive growth by setting sales targets, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with marketing on lead generation. This role also includes training sales team members and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, including revenue and expense forecasts, to meet company sales goals.
- Client Relationship Development: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients within the aviation MRO sector.
- Sales Reporting: Track, compile, and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to the executive team, providing insights and updates on Advanced Turbine Management (ATM) for part sales and Advanced Turbine Systems (ATS) for repair and in-house services.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and assess local and national market trends to inform sales strategies and maintain competitiveness.
- Sales Team Management: Set individual sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide ongoing training and mentorship to sales team members.
- Promotional Activities: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, fostering brand awareness and engaging with prospective clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Actively manage a robust sales pipeline and ensure clear visibility of potential and existing client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years in sales within the aviation MRO sector, with a focus on CFM56 and CF6 engines and related services.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of CFM56 and CF6 engine series, MRO processes, and client needs in this market.
- Skills:
- Communication and Presentation: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, able to engage clients and convey complex information effectively.
- Sales Analytics: Proficient in sales forecasting and data analysis to identify trends and performance insights.
- Leadership: Experienced in managing and mentoring sales teams to drive performance and meet targets.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows as needed.
