Technical Product Engineer/Manager, $160,000-220,000, California (Foster City)
Technical Product Manager (Engineer) sought for a fast-growth and highly successful healthtech/wellbeing startup based in California. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a startup who have been so successful in their product and offering, they’ve relied on little to no investment as they reached profitability in a short space of time. The organization is making huge waves through their treatments and use of AI technologies to support a number of patients across the country.
We are on the lookout for a Technical Product Manager with a strong aptitude for software engineering due to the requirement for this person to be a pivotal part of building and refining the product suite. This is a perfect role for a former software engineer turned PM or alternatively a very hands-on/technical product professional or product engineer. The Technical Product Manager will be working closely with the Engineers to implement product improvements whilst utilizing your engineering background to ensure technical innovation.
The Technical Product Manager will have a chance to work with a number of cutting edge tech including AI, cloud infrastructure, ML, NLP and real time analytics to make a difference to the wellbeing space every day.
This role is offering between $160-220,000 depending on experience + medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K + match, commuter benefits, flexible time off and many other benefits
In return for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product, Business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a product manager/software engineer role with experience and crossover in the other
- Hands-on experience shipping code and building products (please note you will not be required to be a core engineer contributing to the codebase daily) – you will simply need to have a solid knowledge of engineering and technical execution when needed
- Proven experience supporting and managing products that are consumer facing
- Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node) and a passion for learning cloud and AI technologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building product and strong communication skills
