About the Role:
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business and managing relationships with healthcare providers, with a focus on selling OmniWave’s advanced medical devices. This remote role requires a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have experience selling to private-pay practices in regenerative, aesthetics, or chiropractic sectors, or similar fields.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Management & Sales Execution:
• Nurture and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, taking them from initial inquiry through to closing.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to present OmniWave’s products, demonstrating their value in improving patient outcomes and practice revenue.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide post-sales support and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product integration.
• Travel to Conferences:
• Represent OmniWave at key industry events and conferences, meeting with potential clients and showcasing our devices.
• Sales Reporting:
• Track sales activities in CRM software and provide regular updates and forecasts to company leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in medical device sales, with a proven track record in capital equipment sales or selling to private-pay healthcare practices (regenerative, aesthetics, or chiropractic is a plus).
• Results-oriented with a self-motivated attitude and the ability to manage your own pipeline.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, with the ability to present complex products clearly and effectively.
• Strong CRM proficiency to track and manage sales activities.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year.
• Uncapped Commission: Earn significant additional income with the potential for total compensation to exceed $350,000 annually if quota is achieved.
