We focus on removal defense and immigration consequences of criminal behavior. We also represent clients with ICE reporting. We help clients with motions to reopen and victims of human trafficking, victims of crimes, waivers, and family based petitions. We work with all aspects of immigration law including petitions, naturalization, and defense in front of all administrative agencies. Sandra Echevarria, Esquire has been practicing Immigration law for almost 20 years and wants to only work with passionate and hard-working humble individuals who understand the weight of the responsibility of keeping families together. We are seeking warriors who are not afraid of aggressively representing clients before USCIS, ICE, EOIR, the BIA and CBP.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site (with potential virtual possibilities) role for an Immigration Attorney at Law Offices of Sandra Echevarria, P.A. in Miami, FL. The Associate Immigration Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on immigration matters, representing clients in immigration proceedings, preparing legal documents, and staying up-to-date with immigration laws and regulations. We are willing to train because we must make sure that the attorneys who work with us are not trained by other immigration firms that only think about volume to be comfortable with just showing up, putting in the bare minimum, not being educated about the law, and losing cases.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida (if possible) or any other State bar.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in preparing immigration petitions, waivers, and other legal documents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish, is a plus
- Ability to represent individuals in immigration court, with ICE and with USCIS.
