Job Summary:
The digital marketing manager will develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including but not limited to website, social media, and e-blast content; planning, implementing, and optimizing communications to maximize ROI while clarifying KPIs; using analytics tools to measure and report on campaigns (and online program performances); research and track trends and competitive behaviors, and collaborating cross-functionallyto recommend new strategies and techniques.
Qualifications
- Digital/Online and social media marketing expertise
- Ability to analyze marketing KPIs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong copywriting and project management capabilities
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Background in creating and implementing effective email marketing campaigns
- Hands-on approach to work
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Minimum (2) years of relevant digital/online B2B marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
- Will handle day-to-day tasks related to website maintenance and social media marketing, communication, content creation, marketing analytics, and digital marketing strategies
- Offer content creation, including photography and videography, and set up efficient promotions targeting potential customers
- The ideal candidate will develop and deliver successful, long-term, and analytic-driven digital marketing strategies that align with company goals
