Title: Data Entry Associate
Location: Bellevue, WA 98004
Duration: 6 months contract
Shift Time: 8 am to 5 pm (Mon- Fri)
Pay range: $17/hr - $19/hr
Job Description
Client is seeking a detail oriented short term Data Entry Associate to assist our corporate communications team. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, highly organized, ability to manage large volumes of data, and all within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Validate and input accurate information into Salesforce.
- Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
- Complete high-volume tasks within a set deadline.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of related work experience
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce and Excel or related work experience
- Strong experience in data entry in high-volume
- Need someone with construction and billing cycle experience
- Need someone with strong experience in Construction invoices
- Strong experience in Excel
- Someone who has good experience in understanding construction contracts
- They need to be experienced in VLOOKUPs and formatting tables
- High School Diploma
Preferred Skills
- Must have great attention to detail, be well organized and be a self-starter
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets
