The staffing supervisor will provide recruiting and customer service to local customer base. This person will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, supervising, evaluating and employee relations for temporary employee base in a professional manner.

- Customer-site Tours
- Attend Customer Meetings and Implement Policies, Procedures, and Training.
- Attend Sales Calls As Needed
- Thoroughly Screen Employees for Available Positions
- Background Checks & Drug Screenings
- Hire the Best Qualified Candidates
- Supervise & Evaluate Placed Employees
- Follow Operating Requirements
- Fully Utilize Internal Data Base
