The Role:
We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of construction technology. In this full-time, on-site position, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for our suite of mobile and web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications
• Create and maintain design guidelines and style guides
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement user-centered design solutions
• Stay current with UI/UX trends and best practices in construction techQualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in B2B or enterprise software
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Excellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred:
• Experience in construction tech or related industries
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
