Location: Miami (near back of MIA Airport)
Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8:30-5:30; 2 days REMOTE (any days) & 3 days IN-OFFICE
Travel up to 15% International or some Domestic as needed
Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + Bonus

Job Overview: The Account Manager maintains a client base and business relationships with existing and new customers; ensures a seamless experience in regards to materials or spare parts orders; communicates with clients daily for services in progress, plans for future needs and yearly in person meetings to LATAM and the Caribbean; maintain relations, ensure satisfaction and presentation of account summaries.
Keys to this role:
- At least 2 years as an Account Manager (any industry)
- Experience managing clients relationships, retention & loyalty to drive continued sales orders
- Proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Microsoft Office suite/Power Point for presentation, any ERP/SAP is a plus
The Account Manager reports to the Department Mgr. of Spare parts and distribution division. This role,
- Oversees an assigned portfolio of clients with a focus on customer retention and loyalty (does not supervise employees)
- Manages the overall Sales process and experience
- Maintains customer satisfaction in regards to materials and services including purchases, repairs, exchanges, repair and leases
- Collaborates with internal departments or vendors to resolve issues on invoicing, credits, and claims
- Communicates internally and with sub-contractors to expedite delays or back orders
- Ensures clients are receiving orders and services in a timely manner and follows up on receipt, delays and turnaround times
- Receives quotes, negotiates and confirms terms with any subcontractors or third party vendors
- Plans with customer on upcoming needs and prepares future action plans with internal depts
- Performs analysis and sales reports; and on Key Performance Indicators for client account summaries
- Meets with clients in-person yearly or every 6 to 8 months to present overview of sales activities
- Collaborates with other departments on competitor Research, Pricing and Inventory
- Provides department with feedback on process improvements and driving efficiencies to drive sales and customer loyalty.
