Title: Calibration Coordinator

Job Summary:
As a Calibration Coordinator, you’ll manage all calibration activities for Core Diagnostics within a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This includes coordinating calibration schedules, training users, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
Job Duties:
Approve calibration requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
Coordinate and resolve nonconformance issues (CAPA, audits).
Train instrument users in calibration procedures.
Oversee calibration dates, status reports, and noncompliance tracking.
Manage audit activities and CAPA follow-ups.
Set up and manage data in temperature/process monitoring systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5+ years in instrument calibration or related field.
Experience with calibration systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP).
Strong organizational, computer, and project management skills.
