Our growing international industrial client seeks an experienced Global B2B Sales Manager to join their strategic sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a strategic mindset.
This is a fully remote role requiring domestic and international travel. Must work EST hours and live near an international airport.
- Global B2B Sales Manager ResponsibilitiesDrive growth in international markets by targeting key accounts and leveraging existing local relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance revenue and ensure client satisfaction while addressing unique needs and objectives.
- Serve as the main contact for global clients, fostering strong relationships and coordinating with local teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor account performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews, identifying opportunities for upselling and contract renewals.
- Global B2B Sales Manager QualificationsProven experience in international/global B2B sales with the ability to successfully manage complex client relationships with large companies while meeting sales targets.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, food processing, or industrial sales preferred. Must have experience selling a physical product.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Bilingual in English and German, Dutch, or Danish a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Must have valid driver’s license and passport.
