A leading manufacturer of high quality, innovative hand tools for the professional and DIY
markets is responsible for providing sales, distribution, services and support to retail, industrial and eCommerce channels within North America.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue through sales to new and/or existing key accounts within a
- geographic area.
- Review weekly and monthly sales progress with sales reps and provide direction
- Communicate with VP of Sales and Marketing on a weekly basis to review territory
- performance, New account expansion and possible issues
- Develop and maintain an effective relationship with assigned sales reps and distributors
- to ensure the acceptance and implementation of company sales programs.
- Travel with sales reps to: increase sales, new account expansion, training, new product
- introductions, evaluate competitors’ products in the market, formulate sales promotion
- recommendations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Job Skills:
- Ability to analyze sales trends to identify alternatives to maximize sales opportunities.
- PC skills including understanding of sales software systems, Microsoft Word & Excel
- required
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups
- of people
- Advanced knowledge of all Komelon products
- Must be able to work independently and possess strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 40%
Education and Work History:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in a sales related role selling products
