Job Description

Role: Tech Writer

Technical/Functional Skills:

Two or more years of experience as an effective technical writer.
Firm understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle).
Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in working with data engineers to collect requirements, review code, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in banking / financial services industry and firm understanding of the banking data landscape.
