Responsibilities Include:
- Assists with the Company and/or client's onboarding process by ensuring new hires have completed all their new hire paperwork before starting and sending out information regarding their first day.
- Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens and candidate interviews, and recommend the final selection of applicants and closely qualified candidates.
- Create job order forms, maintain applicant tracking systems, recruiting reports, and other staffing administration functions as needed.
- Arrange pre-employment testing and background & reference screenings when required.
- Assist with payroll and approving time cards.
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Qualifications/Skills Needed to Succeed:
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish Required.
- Prior On-Site, recruiting, or staffing experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
