Key Responsibilities for the IT Contract Manager:
- Maintain and enhance the Service Level Program.
- Validate data, track SLA outputs, and ensure compliance with timelines.
- Prepare SLA scorecards and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage performance data.
- Oversee strategic contracts, ensuring policy compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills for the IT Contract Manager:
- 10+ years’ experience as an IT Contract Manager
- 5+ years’ experience with the following: SLAs, contract invoicing/billing, maintaining contract information, data management/validation/reporting
- 5+ years’ experience reviewing contract data for upcoming renewal and expiration
- 3+ years’ experience providing technical assistance to contractors and agency staff on contract compliance, processing, and management
- 3+ years’ experience working for a Texas State agency
