TITLE: .Net Application Architect
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN OR Charlotte, NC
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 Month Contract with perm consideration
.Net Application Architect Responsibilities:
- ETL Process Management:
- Understand and maintain existing ETL processes, primarily built using SSIS and AutoSys.
- Web Application Development:
- Analyze, design, and build new functionalities for the web application, modify existing features, and ensure optimal deployment architecture.
- Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and recommend solutions for feature requests or identified problems.
- Impact Analysis:
- Conduct thorough impact analysis for major changes and propose optimal solutions.
- Collaboration and Agile Processes:
- Review requirements with the Scrum team and provide actionable feedback.
- Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate development activities within an Agile framework.
- Development Standards:
- Develop and apply best practices for new and existing features to meet requirements efficiently.
- API Development and Integration:
- Build new Web APIs and integrate with existing APIs.
- CI/CD Integration:
- Contribute to application deployment using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
.Net Application Architect Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer with expertise in:
- .NET Core 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and SQL.
- Designing and maintaining ETL processes.
- Database design, including creating tables, views, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Frontend development skills, including Telerik Controls, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Experience in developing SSIS packages.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like TFS or Jira.
.Net Application Architect Preferred Experience:
- Experience with:
- CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
- Docker, Kubernetes, and YAML.
- Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, Repository Pattern, NuGet Package Creation.
- GraphQL, Dapper.NET, OAuth OIDC.
- PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge of React for frontend development is a plus.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $75.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
